The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially announced the convening of a National Caucus meeting in accordance with Article 12.5 of the APC Constitution.
This meeting is set to bring together esteemed members of our great Party and is scheduled as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 2nd of August, 2023
Time: 6:00 PM Prompt
Venue: Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The following dignitaries are expected to grace the occasion:
• The National Chairman
• The Deputy National Chairman (North)
• The Deputy National Chairman (South)
• The National Secretary
• The National Legal Adviser
• The National Treasurer
• The National Organising Secretary
• The National Woman Leader
• The National Youth Leader
• The National Leader of Persons Living with Disabilities
• Past and present Presidents and Vice Presidents of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who are members of the party.
• Current Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates of the Party
• Past and present Presidents and Deputy Presidents of the Senate, who are members of the Party
• Present and past Speakers of the House of Representatives and Deputy Speakers, who are members of the Party
• Serving Majority or Minority Leader, Whips and their Deputies in the Senate and House of Representatives, who are members of the Party.
• Past and present Governors of the States of the Federation, who are members of the Party
• The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, who is a member of the Party
• The Chairman, Deputy Chairman, and Secretary of the Advisory Council of the Party
• Former National Chairmen and National Secretaries of the Party
• The Zonal Chairman
• Two members from each zone, one of whom shall be the Zonal Vice Chairman and the other a woman, and;
• Such other members as may be co-opted or appointed by the National Executive Committee.
All members of the National Caucus were earnestly requested to take note of this important meeting because their presence and participation will contribute to the collective wisdom and direction of our party as we strive for a prosperous and united Nigeria.
