In a passionate address, Hon. Engr. Clement Asuelimhen, the Chairman of Igueben Local Government and the National Youth Campaign Council, has expressed profound appreciation for the remarkable commitment shown by the youth of Edo State in supporting the gubernatorial bid of Barr. Asue Ighodalo and his running mate, Barr. Osarodion Ogie.
In his statement made available to Truth Live News, Hon. Asuelimhen lauded the extraordinary energy, dedication, and enthusiasm exhibited by the youth across the state, describing their involvement as the backbone of the campaign. “I am filled with immense pride and deep gratitude for the extraordinary energy, dedication, and enthusiasm you have shown in rallying behind our gubernatorial candidate, Barr. Asue Ighodalo,” he said.

According to him, the voices of Edo’s youth have become a powerful endorsement for the campaign, resonating across every corner of the state.
“The one-on-one conversations you have held with your friends, families, and communities—whether you are students, hairstylists, bike riders, musicians, makeup artists, or any other youth demographic—are invaluable,” he emphasized. “Your overwhelming support for Barr. Asue Ighodalo has cut across party, religious, ethnic, and cultural lines, proving that we are united by a common vision for a better Edo State.”
Hon. Asuelimhen stressed that the ongoing youth-driven efforts are not just about supporting a candidate but advocating for a brighter future. He urged the youth to continue spreading the word about Barr.
