The quiet city of Benin, the Edo State capital has been reawakened by the arrival and presence of the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Mr. Peter Obi.
Obi who arrived Baptist Convention ground, Benin around 1:25pm, venue of the rally ahead of the September 2 Local Government Council election in the state, was received by party faithful who abandoned their day’s activities just to catch a glimpse of him and also to hear what he has to say to spur them ahead of the election.
