The crisis rocking Edo State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP might be tilting toward the end as the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC on Monday recognised the National Assembly election candidates loyal to the Chief Dan Osi Orbih’s faction as the authentic ones for the party.
Truth Live News can report that there’s been lingering problems about who the authentic candidates are as the Independent National Commission, INEC had insisted that they would only recognise the candidates who emerged from the primary monitored by their agents, but the Gov Godwin Obaseki led faction had continue to throw the party in the state into confusing by their continuous parade of the governor’s loyalists as the real candidates.
The names of Mike Onolememen, Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama and Paschal Ugbome have all be uploaded on the electoral commission’s website as the senatorial candidate for Edo central, south and north respectively.
