The Presidency has denied the report making rounds that the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company, Bayo Ojulari, has resigned from office,

Truth Live News, in a brief chat a source within the Presidency confirmed on Saturday, that Ojulari’s resignation reports were false.

Reports of Ojulari’s resignation emerged on Saturday before it was refuted by the ranking presidency official, who asked not to be identified.

Truth Live News confirmed that Mr Ojulari was at the Abuja headquarters of the DSS on Friday to discuss a security matter relating to the oil sector. It appeared that this was what triggered the talks of his resignation by those seeking his ouster from office.
