In his address, Director General, Asue Ighodalo Campaign Committee, Edo North, Jeffery Ilesomi and other PDP leaders at the event advised members of the Union to disregard the insinuation that the opposition party will rig the election.

They admonished the NURTW members to mobilize support for the election of Asue Ighodalo as Governor of Edo State, come September 21.

Also speaking, Chairman, National Union of Road Transport Workers Akoko-Edo Local Government, Comrade Tony Garuba, pledged their support for the PDP, while assuring the Deputy Governor and his team of the party’s victory in the forthcoming governorship election in the local government.
