The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates registered for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can now print their examination notification slips.
The board disclosed this in a statement signed by its Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin, on Thursday 9th April, in Abuja, urging candidates to print their slips to confirm their examination date, venue, and time.
According to the board, candidates are required to visit its official portal at and click on “2026 UTME Slip Printing” to access and retrieve their details.
The notification slip contains each candidate’s examination centre, time, date, and other essential details necessary for taking the exam, which commences on Thursday, April 16, and ends on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
Candidates are encouraged to print their slips early and familiarise themselves with their examination centres ahead of the examination date to avoid any inconvenience. JAMB stated that each candidate has been assigned a specific examination schedule and should arrive at their centres in advance to allow for proper screening.
JAMB also warned candidates against fraudsters on WhatsApp claiming to facilitate score inflation, describing such claims as “false and criminal” and threatening cancellation of registration or withholding of results for any candidate found involved.
