With five days to the 2023 general elections and 98 days to leave office, the Cross River State Governmment has approved 38 appointments, as members of election Committees and special assistants.
The Special Adviser, Media and Publicity Christian Ita Esq, made this known in a press release dated 20th of February 2023.
The release with Ref. GO/PRESS/012/VOL.III/150 further listed the various election Committees set by the state government to include the sensitization committee, mobilization committee and special assistants.
The statement reads, “the Cross River State Governor, His Excellency Sir Ben Ayade has approved the following appointments with immediate effect. ”
Meanwhile, Truthlivenews.com learnt that on the 18th of February 2023 the Governor appointed 38 special assistants including senior special assistants.
