The Nigerian Military are making conscious efforts to curb insecurities which have presently pervaded almost all parts of the country.

One of such efforts made by the army is the introduction of new technology like parachutes, to help them access key areas that are under siege.

Military officers were seen today at the Eagle Square in Abuja, undergoing training on how effectively the parachutes can be used.

However, many Nigerians on social media have mocked the military for being too archaic and backward, noting that they would not be able to use the modern technology effectively.
