The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has declared Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, governor elect of Borno state.
Zulum from the All Progressive Congress polled 545, 359 votes while his closest rival from the People’s Democratic Party PDP, Mohammed Jajari polled 9, 954 votes.
