The Akwa Ibom State Governorship Elections Petitions tribunal has dismissed the suit instituted by Sen Bassey Albert Akpan of the Young Progressives Party YPP, challenging the election of the Akwa Ibom State Governor.
The Petitions tribunal in its judgement upheld the election of Pastor Umo Bassey Eno of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, as the elected Governor of Akwa Ibom State.
