Embattled singer and owner of the Marlian Record Label, Azeez Fashola also known as Naira Marley and his colleague Sam Larry have been granted bail after meeting conditions given them.
They were granted bail after providing 3 sureties with the sum of N20milliion naira each and also surrendering their international passports.
As part of conditions for their bail, they are expected to make weekly appearance at the state criminal Investigation department (CID).
Furthermore, the magistrate presiding over the case sternly warned that any attempt to contact her directly would be recorded, revealed in court proceeding openly.
Recall that the duo were detained in connection with the death of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba also known as Mohbad after viral video revealed them assaulting the deceased singer.
