Spanish giant and European Champions, Real Madrid came from behind to clinch a win against Almeria in Laliga opening match for the 2022/2023 season.

Almeria, the coastal club is back after a seven-year quest for promotion and their first match happened to be against Laliga and European Champions, Real Madrid.

Almeria’s Largie Ramazani pulled up a goal for the league returnee in the 6th minute after a successful pass from Inigo Eguaras before the end of first half.

A beautiful assist by Karim Benzima found Lucas Vazquez in the right position as he equalizes for Madrid in the 61st minute.

David Alaba who was just subbed on in the 74th minute curled the direct free kick into the back of the net in the 75th minute to grab the lead for Madrid as the game ended 2-1.
