The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr. Daniel Olukoya, has emphasized the need for divine intervention in Nigeria to combat the issue of insecurity.

Olukoya stated that God is demonstrating mankind’s helplessness in addressing the problem.

Speaking at the Federal University of Technology Akure’s 34th and 35th convocation ceremonies, Olukoya underscored the power of prayer in resolving seemingly insurmountable challenges.

“There is only one weapon that can kill any problem, and it is prayer. No matter how strong the problem is, prayer can dismantle it,” he said.

Olukoya also attributed the high cost of education in Nigeria to the expense of running institutions, citing the cost of energy as a significant factor.

He noted that proprietors of private universities are forced to pay high salaries to attract good teachers, contributing to the high fees.
