Peter Obi, Liyel Imoke, Udoma Udo Udoma, Ufot Ekaette Loss Land As FCT Minister Revokes Right Of Occupancy

The presidential candidate of Labour Party for the just concluded 2023 presidential elections Peter Gregory Obi, former Governor of Cross River State Sen Liyel Imoke Land rights of occupancy have been revoked in the Federal capital territory Abuja.

Others whose Land rights of occupancy also have been revoked were the former secretary to the government of the federation, the first Nigerian Minister of Niger Delta, Ufot Ekaette, and Udoma Udo Udoma, Former Minister of Budget and Economic Planning of Nigeria.

In a document signed by the Permanent Secretary Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Olusade Adesola, and seen by Truth Live News listed 39 names and titles of the people who have contravened the terms of development of Land rights of occupancy in Abuja.

The document reads, “The federal capital territory administration, revocation of land’ Maitema(A05) District. The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) hereby informs the general public that the ministry of the federal capital territory has in the exercise of the power conferred on him under section 28(5)(a)&(b) of the Land Use Act of 1978, revoked the underlisted plots with names and titles reflected in our records for continued contravention of the terms of development of the Right of Occupancy to wit-non development.
