Protest Rocks Benin Over Subsidy Removal, Hardship

The Edo State Civil Society Organizations (EDOCSO) has staged a peaceful protest in Benin City, the Edo State capital to express their grievances over the hardship brought upon Nigerian masses due to the removal of fuel subsidy.

They also lamented the N110b being asked for by the national assembly.

They also said the federal government should have put palliative measures in place before removing the subsidy from fuel.
