Pictures of Akwa Ibom State Governor Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, receiving the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokum, to the state have sparked mixed reactions on social media by the citizens.
The Police boss was in the State for the Conference and Seminar for Nigeria Police Public Relations Officers and Public Relation Experts.
The theme of the seminar is “Enhanced Strategic Communication: Panacea for Effective Policing and Peaceful Coexistence in Nigeria.”
The pictures of the governor and IGP who paid a courtesy call on him at Government House, Uyo, drew much commendation from his followers.
From HON EzE prince, “Seriously this governor is really working very very well. I most tell you I have been following him for year till now. I believe i will still meet you one and one only but one day.”
Also, from Kufre Udom: “Akwa Ibom has become the choice destination for high-powered international and national conferences because God has blessed us with wise and innovative leaders who have ensured there is peace and provided world class infrastructures across the state, making it the centre of attraction.”
“Let’s support our governor to do more in addition to what has already been done. God bless Akwa Ibom and its people.”
