….Says I Have Highest Regards For Women

As the sexual harassment saga continues to dominate our political space, leading to various groups speaking in favour or against either the Senate President Godswill Akpabio or Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan,
Akpabio, who is in the middle of the storm, has finally responded to the allegations.
Truth Live News Media reports that Senator Natasha has allegedly accused the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment.
Akpabio, who reacted to the petition submitted against him on Wednesday at the plenary session, said he has never harassed Akpoti-Uduaghan or any other woman sexually.
According to him, he was raised properly by his late single mother and has four daughters.
“However, I will like to state clearly that at no time attempt any sexual harassment on the said distinguished Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan or any other woman for that matter.
“I and my siblings were raised very well by my late single mother, who died in the year 2000 through very difficult times.
“And I, therefore, have the highest regard for women… I also wish to state that I also have four beautiful daughters.
“So, at no time will I ever harass any woman. And I’ve never done so…,” Akpabio added.
