President Bola Tinubu took a significant step on Wednesday by approving the appointment of nine members to the board of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission. The announcement was made through a statement from Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, titled ‘President Tinubu appoints new board of Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission.’
Colonel Aloche Adole has been named as the Chairman of the newly formed board, with Dr. Stephen Adegbite as the Secretary. Other appointees include Mrs. Omowumi Ogunlola for the South West, Clement Nweke for the South East, and Prince Wosu for the South South. Additionally, Prof. Joseph Mamman represents the North West, Dr. Toma Ragnjiya for the North East, Dr. Simon Dolly for the North Central, and Raphael Nwankwo is appointed to represent the Christian Association of Nigeria.
