French League giant, Paris Saint German have confirmed that Mauro Icardi has joined Turkish Süper Lig team Galatasaray on one-year loan deal.
According to Fabrizio Romano, PSG have agreed on a deal as Icardi will be Galatasaray’s striker for the rest of the season.
Paper works have been signed and medicals conducted. Main part of the player’s salary to be paid by PSG.
The Argentina international joined Paris Saint-Germain at the start of the 2019/20 season, and scored 38 times in 92 appearances. In his three seasons, he won two Ligue 1 titles (2020 & 2022), two Coupes de France (2020 & 2021), a Coupe de la Ligue (2020) and two Trophées des Champions (2020 &2022).
He said, “Paris Saint-Germain confirm Mauro Icardi deal signed with Galatasaray on loan until June 2023, one year.
PSG will pay more than 60% of the salary this season.”
