Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state has on Friday afternoon hosted Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, where both men held a private meeting at Wike’s country home.

It is not clear what was discussed during the meeting, truthlive.net however gathered that the discussion at the meeting had much to do with the forthcoming 2023 presidential election, in which Peter Obi’s candidature continues to gain more popularity.

An alliance between Wike and the former Anambra state governor is widely going to make the Obi movement a more formidable force, giving it a better chance at the polls.
