Mrs. Folakemi of Ede local government in Osun state has been suffering from goitre for some time. She sought medical assistance, but when a group of doctors offered her free medical care, she shockingly declined and requested the money gathered on her behalf.
In a video seen by Truth Live News, the NGO tried to persuade her otherwise, but she insisted on leaving with the N300,000 payment. She was handed the money and returned to her village.
