Prof. Sandy Onor was honored with a distinguished award as a reliable trusted and loyal friend of Rivers State by the Governor of the state, Bar. Nyesom Wike.
Gov Wike pouring encomium on Onor, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as he handed him his award, described the Governorship hopeful as a man of credibility, who could be trusted by the people of Cross River when voted into office and assured that Onor would deliver on his promises.
Sandy Onor who was in Rivers State for the weekend, joined in the commissioning of more projects executed by the Wike administration and also used the opportunity to meet with the National Vice Chairman South-South, Chief Dan Osi Orbih where campaigns and elections strategies were discussed, and perfected.
Senator Sandy Onor is seen by many Cross River State indigenes are the incoming Governor of the state who has the capacity to take the state out of the current state of maladministration, and infrastructural decay as well as move the people out of the poverty level.
