The Appeal Court sitting in Benin has Adjourned for Judgment indefinitely.
It said a further date will be communicated to both parties.
The court had earlier ruled that the case must be heard.
The lawyers on the side of the Gov Obaseki-led faction of the Edo state PDP had argued that the case be stroke out having passed the mandatory period of appeal before the appeal was brought to it by the legacy PDP led by Chief Dan Orbih
All their effort to woe the judges to strike out our appeal based on that technical ground has proved abortive as the justices unanimously rules that the case must be heard making it the first Victory on the side of the legacy PDP..
