BREAKING: Chelsea Sack Rosenior, Name Interim Coach

Chelsea have sacked head coach Liam Rosenior just months after appointing him on a long-term contract.

The club confirmed the decision on Wednesday, with Rosenior departing after only 23 games in charge. He had arrived from Strasbourg in January 2026 on a deal running until 2032, tasked with steadying a squad in transition following Enzo Maresca’s exit.

However, a dismal run of results, including multiple consecutive defeats and fan discontent, proved terminal for the 41-year-old.

Calum McFarlane, Chelsea’s under-21s coach and a recent caretaker, has been named interim head coach for the remainder of the 2025-26 season. He will be supported by the existing backroom staff as the Blues look to salvage what remains of their campaign.

Details Shortly….
