Media personality Dotun Kayode (known as Do2dtun) and actor Yul Edochie have engaged in a heated exchange on social media over comments made by Roby Ekpo regarding his estranged marriage to Mayowa Lambe.
The disagreement stems from ongoing public attention surrounding the former couple’s relationship, following Lambe’s recent remarriage in the United States. Her new marriage came as a surprise to many, as her previous union with Ekpo, which began in 2015, had not been publicly confirmed as dissolved.
Tensions escalated after Ekpo appeared on a podcast discussing challenges in the marriage, including personal allegations involving their private life. The remarks triggered widespread debate online.
Do2dtun defended Ekpo’s decision to speak publicly, arguing that emotional expression should not be condemned and suggesting that silence can sometimes be more harmful. He stated that speaking out could be healthier than suppressing emotions.
