Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has opened up about the astonishing attention her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, allegedly received following rumours of trouble in their marriage.
According to Regina, more than 900 women reportedly reached out to Nwoko after the separation rumours surfaced, with some allegedly expressing interest in marrying him and taking her place as his wife.
What appeared to surprise the actress most, however, was the alleged hypocrisy she encountered.
Regina claimed that some individuals who had publicly criticised and condemned her marriage online later turned around and privately contacted her husband.
“More than 900 women wrote to my husband after they heard me and Ned Nwoko had separated.
“Many said they were ready to marry him and be in my position,” Regina said.
“It’s quite surprising. With all the insults online, they then rush to my husband’s inbox asking if he needs another wife”, she said.
