As the race for the 2024 Edo State gubernatorial election heats up, the Ighodalo/Ogie campaign has ramped up its efforts with a highly coordinated door-to-door campaign, driven by media spokesperson Chris Ojekere and backed by a team of powerful political figures. The campaign, which is aimed at ensuring a resounding victory for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidates, Asue Ighodalo and running mate, Osarodion Ogie, is designed to galvanize grassroots support ahead of the election scheduled for Saturday, September 21st, 2024.
In collaboration with the Ighodalo/Ogie Choice 2024 Diaspora leadership led by Dr. Peter D’Rock Uwaibi Esq, the campaign has brought together a robust team to drive their outreach strategy. Kede Aikhie Esq, the campaign chairman, alongside Ambassador Odion Okpebholo, the national coordinator, and Solomon Obazee Esq, the diaspora coordinator, have all played pivotal roles in strengthening this grassroots movement.
