Renowned preacher and Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche, has directly accused President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of imposing himself on a reluctant populace through financial inducements and electoral manipulation.
Speaking during Sunday service at the sprawling Glory Dome in Abuja, Enenche said;
“People say they don’t want you and you spend money to impose yourself on them. Is that not a shame? Somebody should lead because you’re wanted. They say they don’t need you and you want to bribe people and compromise election.”
Enenche’s remarks, delivered with characteristic passion from the pulpit, come as Nigeria grapples with widespread discontent over living costs, security challenges, and perceptions of elite detachment. The pastor framed the issue as a moral failing in leadership, emphasizing that true authority stems from public desire rather than coercion or cash-for-votes tactics.
Supporters praised Enenche for his courage in holding leaders accountable, with many describing him as one of the few prominent clerics willing to speak truth to power.
