The seminar, titled “Optimising Contemporary Human Resource Techniques,” aimed at enhancing the NAF’s human resource strategies. Air Marshal Abubakar highlighted the necessity of modernizing human resource management, improving personnel welfare, and providing specialized training to elevate operational capabilities.
“By adapting to modern personnel management techniques, we aim to boost efficiency and effectiveness in our air operations,” he noted, pointing out that these improvements are crucial for addressing the evolving security challenges faced by the country.
The event gathered experts to discuss and refine HR practices, ensuring that NAF maintains a highly skilled and motivated workforce. The outcomes of the seminar are expected to contribute significantly to enhancing NAF’s operational efficiency and its overall capability in tackling security threats.
