In a surprising development, 27 legislators aligned with ex-governor Nyesom Wike have switched allegiance to the All Progressives Congress amid the ongoing political turmoil in Rivers state.
Chris, a former aide to Wike, who recently shifted loyalty to the current governor, Sim Fubara, disclosed that Wike himself is poised to join the APC soon, citing the interests of River state as the driving factor.
