Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, Emir of Kano has commended Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike for putting in a sterling and exemplary performance in governance.
The emir made this remark while delivering a speech on the invitation of Governor Wike commissioning the Cancer and Cardiovascular Diseases Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
