The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos has confirmed that its 2026 State Congress will take place on Tuesday, March 3.
According to an official notice released on Monday by the Chairman of the Lagos State Congress Committee, the event will be held at Mobolaji Johnson Stadium by 10 a.m.
The statement read, “Pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.8 of the party’s Constitution, the All Progressives Congress, Lagos State Chapter, hereby announces the scheduled 2026 State Congress.”
Party officials outlined the categories of members eligible to participate in the congress, including members of the State Advisory Council, the State Chairman and members of the State Executive Committee, the State Governor and Deputy Governor, as well as current and former members of the National Assembly and State House of Assembly affiliated with the party.
The notice added, “All delegates are required to present their valid party membership cards and official accreditation tags for entry.”
