Today, Monday, the Supreme Court reserved judgment on APC governorship candidate Patrick Tonye-Cole’s appeal against Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s victory in the March 18, 2023, election.
Truth Live News gathered that the 5-member panel, led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, chose to reserve judgment after all parties adopted their briefs. The appeal of Innocent Kere of APM was dismissed as it was withdrawn by his counsel.
