Arsenal Football Club have submitted an official bid of £60m to Brighton to sign Chelsea target, Moises Caicedo.
Chelsea had earlier submitted an opening bid of £55m for the Ecuadorian midfielder as North Londoners are looking forward to beat their London rival to sign the 21-year-old player.
Recall that Chelsea had earlier hijacked the Gunners target, Mykhaylo Mudryk offering a whooping €100m against Arsenal’s €70m bid to Benfica.
Moises have been a top target for the West Londoners since January, per Fabrizio Romano.
Brighton are hoping to keep the player till at least the end of the season as the club is yet to make any decision yet.

Official proposal has been made as Arsenal want Caicedo as new midfielder after Trossard and Kiwior deals.
Chelsea had £55m bid rejected few weeks ago as Caicedo has always been high on club’s list for January.
Brighton position will be crucial as they hope to keep the player at least until the end of the season.”
