Chelsea Football Club are preparing to enter into the race for Portugal’s Matheus Luiz Nunes as Premier League rival, Liverpool are also tipped to have been targeting the midfielder.
Chelsea’s bid of €100m for Enzo Fernandez which was rejected by Benfica have made the club to looking out for other targets to position Chelsea’s midfield well for competing for the rest of the season.
Nunes who plays for Premier League side, Wolverhampton Wanderers is expected to cost around €44m.
According to Mike McGrath – Telegraph, Chelsea have their eyes also on West Ham captain, Declan Rice and Brighton’s Moises Caicedo, while Everton’s Amadou Onana is also being looked.
