The Supreme Court has ruled that there is insufficient evidence to support the claim that President Tinubu forged his certificate.

In a significant decision, the Supreme Court has stated that having 25% support in the FCT is not a mandatory requirement to become President of Nigeria.

The Supreme Court has dismissed Atiku Abubakar’s petition against INEC regarding the functionality of the IREV Portal. They emphasize that the unavailability of IREV to function is not a valid reason to cancel an election.

Justice Okoro, in a pivotal decision, affirmed that the IREV is not a collation system according to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court clarified that the IREV Portal is not a collation system and does not impede the manual collation of election results. They also emphasized that only agents at polling stations can provide evidence of results to address malpractice, while other witnesses’ testimony is considered hearsay.

He said the agents are alive and well and did not show up in court to give their testimony
