The Gubernatorial & Assembly’s Election have commenced today, March 18th and voters all over the country are out to exercise their civic rights.
The low turnout in Kaduna has left a presiding INEC officer puzzled.
No single voter is yet to show up at PU030, GSS Kigo Road, Kaduna North LGA.
