As the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers approach, 15 players have reported to the Super Eagles camp in Uyo, ready to face South Africa and Benin Republic, Truth Live News reports.

Notable players in attendance include Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Samuel Chukwueze, Victor Boniface, Terem Moffi, and Stanley Nwabali.

Other players in camp are Olorunleke Ojo, Ibrahim Olawoyin, Benjamin Tanimu, Chidozie Awaziem, Sodiq Ismail, Kenneth Igboke, Alhassan Yusuf, Raphael Onyedika, and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.

Truth Live News gathered that eight more players are expected to join the team soon.

The Super Eagles held a training session at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Sunday, intensifying their preparations for the upcoming qualifiers.

Recall that Finidi George’s team will host South Africa’s Bafana Bafana at the same stadium on Friday before traveling to Abidjan to face the Squirrels of Benin Republic three days later.
