Nasarawa Amazon Football Club have won the 4th editions of the Betsy Obaseki Women Football Tournament, defeating the Bayelsa Queens.
The game ended 5-6 in a penalty shootout in favour of the Nasarawa Amazon.
The winner is carting away the whooping sum of N10 million.
Truth Live News Media reports that Dr. Betsy Obaseki has earlier disclosed during the flagging off of the tournament that the cash prices for this year’s event for the teams participating has been increased, adding that the winner will go home with N10 million, second place winner N7 million, third position will receive N5 million while the fourth position will get N3 million.
She said other participating teams will get N750,000 each.
